These brief terms apply to Content Visuals VIP memberships and promotional giveaways.
Free entry
No purchase is necessary to enter an eligible public giveaway. The free entry method, opening date, closing date and prize details will be stated with each promotion.
Eligibility
Unless stated otherwise, promotions are open only to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over, excluding residents of South Australia (SA) and the Northern Territory (NT). Entrants must follow the published entry instructions and provide accurate contact details.
VIP membership and complimentary bonus entries
Content Visuals VIP is a separate paid membership providing member content, access, partner benefits and other advertised features. Each active, paid VIP member receives 1 complimentary bonus entry into each eligible Content Visuals giveaway conducted during the calendar month in which their membership is active. This complimentary entry is a membership benefit and does not guarantee a prize or a win.
Active membership required at the time of the draw
To be eligible to win a giveaway using a VIP complimentary bonus entry, the member's VIP membership must be active and fully paid at the time the relevant draw is conducted. If a membership payment is overdue, failed, unpaid, cancelled, expired or otherwise not active at the time of the draw, the member is not eligible to win that prize through their VIP membership entry.
Winner selection
Winners are selected at random on or after the advertised draw date. Winners must meet all entry and eligibility conditions at the time of the draw and may be required to verify their identity, Australian residency, age and, where the winning entry is a VIP complimentary bonus entry, their active paid membership status. If a selected winner is ineligible, including because their VIP membership was not active and fully paid at the time of the draw, or cannot be contacted within a reasonable period, another winner may be selected.
Prizes and changes
Prize details and any cash alternative will be stated in the relevant promotion. Content Visuals may reasonably amend, suspend or cancel a promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, legal requirements, fraud, technical failure or safety concerns.
Privacy
Personal information is used to administer memberships and promotions, verify entries, contact winners and provide requested communications. Information will not be sold to third parties.
